The Mercy Hilltop Center is a multi-service center, occupying two full floors, 8,400 square feet, and is sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas - New York, Pennsylvania, Pacific West Community.

The Mercy Hilltop Center has 75% funding through Title IIIb of the Older Americans Act. The remaining funds are gained by fund raising or through donations/fees for services.
