The Staff at Mercy Hilltop Center, Inc.

 

Executive Team Leader:

  Karen Narusewicz serves as the administrative team leader with responsibilities including supervising staff, long-range planning, liaison with the Board of Trustees and the Leadership Team of the Sisters of Mercy. Karen is also responsible for the day to day operations of the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren programs.

Finance Director:

Virginia S. MarinoVirginia S. Marino is responsible for daily financial operations; budget preparation and routine fiscal control; physical facilities and equipment maintenance.

Program Director:

Deborah C. KrausDeborah C. Kraus is responsible for the day-to-day operation of The Mercy Hilltop Center. She schedules all activities, classes or programs. The membership counsel called the Senior Senate assists her. She is creative and a very talented artist

Program Assistant:

Kylie Dolak works directly with Debby and provides a seasonal environment throughout the Mercy Hilltop Center

Center Manager:

Sr. Kathy PrestonSr. Kathy Preston is the first welcoming face you will see after entering our doors. She will be happy to direct you to your needs.





Nurse:

Judy Bekeny, RN

Beautician:

Diane ValahovicDiane Valahovic is a fully licensed Beauty Shop manager who spends her days at the Center making our guests beautiful. She provides services for both men and women's hair.
