THURSDAY, AUGUST 13th at 11:00 AM - Van Departs for Hagen History Center, GIRARD CAMPUS followed
by lunch ($3 Van Fee). The site of the Battles Estate, the Girard campus includes two historic homes, a gift
shop, and more than 130 acres of farmland and public walking trails. The tour starts PROMPTLY at Noon at
436 Walnut Street, known as the Yellow House, touring both homes, after which, the group will enjoy acres
of blooming sunflowers (there is no charge but DONATIONS are very much appreciated), and then off to a
late lunch at Avonia Tavern. Van riders: Please arrive at the Center by 10:45 AM for a timely departure.
